Due to the nature of in-home care, Treatwell and the Mobile Veterinary Services of Ottawa are not always able to provide the treatment your pet might require in a serious emergency, but we are able to deal with many minor emergencies in the comfort of your own home. We also refer to local specialist when it will benefit our clients and patients. Please call us at 613.230.2106 so we can help determine the best course of action for you and your pet.
However, if you know your pet is in crisis, we recommend you call or drive directly to one of these local emergency clinics soon as possible.

If we are closed, and you’re not sure whether your pet’s situation is urgent, there is also another option. Remember that as a Treatwell member you can access an after-hours telehealth service and we’ll reimburse you for the cost. Please visit our blog to find out more about how this service works.
