Prescription Medications

We offer prescriptions for pet medications as well as home delivery of all pet medication products. Delivery is available to everyone, and is free for members on orders over $50.

Types of Medications

Medications are used to treat a variety of illnesses in pets. Some common medications that are prescribed include flea, tick and heartworm medications, antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and pain relievers. Other medications that could be prescribed to your pet can include anti-anxiety medication, hormone drugs for conditions like diabetes or thyroid problems, blood pressure medication, sedatives and more.

Next Steps

It is important to carefully observe your pet after they have been administered the prescribed medication in order to see if they have any adverse reactions. If so, an alternative medication can be prescribed. It is also important to ensure that medication is stored away from pets and children and to follow all directions given on the medication label.
